Ward was the very first baby born in MonroeLouisiana on 15 April, 1976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. Ward went to Ouachita Parish High School to complete her secondary schooling. She then moved to River Oaks High School the season following her junior year. Following her graduation, she attended Northeast Louisiana University. Ward dropped out of high school at thirteen years old and began modeling. Her acting career began a few more years further down the line.
